Pleasantly surprised...

Joined just recently, felt comfortable immediately. The gym is clean, open and well layed out. Lots of cardio and resistance training equipment. It is NEVER over crowded. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The owner is personable and available, no high pressure sales. Hours and location are convenient. Various class offerings. Glad I joined.

• Pros: Friendly, Lots of choices, Comfortable
• Cons: Few evening classes, Few yogaclass options

Good place to work out in the new year!

I joined this gym a couple of months ago and have been very happy. The staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is not intimidating, and it is VERY clean. You can always get a machine, even during prime time, and there is plenty of parking. The only downside is the long contract (2 years to get the best price).

• Cons: long contract
