Horrible, Unethical Business. Save yourself money and lots of hassle and go somewhere else. I called for a simple window to be replaced and was quoted around $400 but ended up being billed almost $700 due to 6 hours of labor that should have taken less than 2. They lied about the issue and would not take any responsibility even though I found out it was all because the owner measured wrong.

There are plenty of other glass shops in Rexburg and the surrounding areas, use one of those and save your money for something worthwhile.…
