A spectacular waterfall pool and a private island.. The Scene
The standout detail of this resort is its unique 5,000-square-foot heated lagoon pool with a 140-foot corkscrew slide and waterfall. The lobby is equally impressive, an elegantly grand affair of inlaid marble floors, hardwood doors and ambient chandeliers.

The Details
Each of the 454 rooms comes with a balcony, a 27-inch television and a DVD player. Accommodations look onto either the gardens or Estero Bay and are decorated in neutral tones accented with dark wood and sprightly bed linens. As in every Hyatt, there is a Regency Club level that offers a lounge with complimentary continental breakfast and treats throughout the day. A quarter-mile boardwalk runs through a conservation area on the property. Wine-and-cheese sunset and dolphin-watching cruises are available, and there are boats and kayaks for rent. The hotel also offers boat shuttles to the secluded nearby Big Hickory Island Beach Park.

Free boat to beach was great. Friendly knowledgable staff. Complete spa. Great pools (One has slide for children of any age). Hourly boats to gulfside beach.

Great Service. Excellent service, beautifull atmosphere, no beach but swimming pools are excellent. Outdoor landscape courtyards are beautifull great place to relax with family. Excellent rooms. However nothing is perfect. While the staff is courteous, friendly, and concern that your stay is enjoyable (BTW that is a great refelection of the general manager, (I give the staff a 10+ for their service).) the room service is outrageously expensive that it could be consider insulting.
