AVOID THIS HOTEL

by citydi at Citysearch

This hotel was one of the worse I have stayed. They keep the air conditioners off in every room until you check in. This made it like an oven in a 98 degree day. I called the front desk because there were no lights and they said to just plug them in. Speaking to other guess I found they suffered the same problems from nails sticking up in the bathroom doorway floors to dirty showers. When we asked for a different room we were told there were no other rooms. Which was not true. We came back late that evening and counted 12 cars in the parking lot and only the upper level rooms seemed to be used. There was a moldy smell due to the humidity in the hotel caused by their lack of using the air conditioning. The free breakfast gave very little choices compaired to other hotels I have stayed. This was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

In Short
This chain buys up and converts old hotels, which means each location is structurally different and offers varied amenities--from conference rooms and pools to entertainment and dining facilities. But, certain comforts of home are standard like a fireplace and homemade cookies in the lobby, and a complimentary InnCredible breakfast, including juice, coffee, waffles and muffins. Other features include: complimentary daily newspapers, free local calls, in-room safes and dataports, coffeemakers and free HBO.
