FedEx Kinkos also sells packing and shipping supplies and offers a wide array of FedEx shipping services. Many stores even have wireless Internet service and videoconferencing, and all locations have computer stations and CD reproduction services.

Horrid Service, ignorant staff, go somewhere else!

The customer service at this Kinkos is horrid! Every time I call, I get someone different who doesn't know anything. I have to re-explain everything. They messed up my order three times. They don't seem to care and every time I leave a message, the manager doesn't receive it. I would recommend going somewhere else, even another Kinkos. This one is horrid!

They even got my name wrong on my order and couldn't find it in the computer, then over charged me!
