Melanie, the owner has been teaching fitness, dance, Pilates & Gyrotonic for over 20 years - fulltime! She has been voted Best Personal Trainer & PowerFlow has been voted Best Pilates Studio 2000-2007. They have ALL of the classicly made Pilates apparatus - including 3 reformers & offer apparatus classes, mat classes, Pilates instructor certifications. Melanie trained & is certified by both Power Pilates & The PhysicalMind Institute which included 600 apprenticeship hours.
