STAY AWAY!!! Wouldn't Stay Again For Free!!!. Candlewood suites is a cheap step up from a highway motel. The staff barely speak english, and are thieves. They stole valuable items from our room and the hotel denies any liability. They allow pets, without suitable accomodations for them, and at least every other night there were dog feces somewhere on the hallway floors stinking up the place. Oh, yeah, and the fact that even after numerous calls about the feces the staff was unwilling to clean it until the morning cleaners arrived was just icing on the cake. Wouldn't even recommend it for free, because the staff will steal enough from you to cost you more than a Hilton is worth, regardless of whether or not you request no housekeeping.…

Great customer service and great facilities!. I had the chance to LIVE there in 2004 for 6 months and they exceeded my expectations (even after people trying to convince me to change to a near hotel)... The facilities were great, the customer service was five stars, they even had a Wednesday Grill in the summer.
