Fantastic Stay!. Thanks for everything, the stay was fantastic and convenient
Recommended. Very nice stay
Convenient!. Very convenient location, rooms were great, Thanks for everything
Clean and Moderate. This is a small, family-run motel. It's not part of any chain, but it has the clean, modern facilities and equipment you'd get in a larger property, together with a considerate, helpful staff. Our dogs were welcome, which is a big plus.…
It did the job. I needed a cheap place to stay for one evening and this place was the cheapest I could find. It did the job.
excellent. Stayed here for one night in the single bed room. It was excellent for the price, but I'm not sure I will stay here again. I will probably shell out more money next time. I stayed in a "nonsmoking" room in the front area that really had bad odors. I'm pretty sure it was from the carpet. Kind of a mildew/dirt smell. The air conditioner worked fine and didn't stink, the mattress was worn and wrapped in plastic for some reason. The bathroom was clean with good clean grout and no mold, but the sink didn't drain very well. I guess I would stay here again if it didn't stink so bad. It was just okay in my book. I was told later that the newer rooms are in the back. Maybe I'll give them a shot next time I'm in town.…
Clean and reasonable. If you are looking for a clean, reasonable place to stay, I would recommend it. All of the rooms have a mini-fridge and coffee maker. They offer a small continental breakfast. They don't have a pool, hot tub and lounge/restaurant, but we generally don't utilize these amenities. Quaint Motel style accommodations with minimal amenities. Whenever we stay in Cedar Falls, we stay there.…
We will definitely return. Stayed at the University Inn for Sturgis Falls weekend. Booked the room because of the great price and was pleasantly surprised by the value. Rooms are not luxurious but very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My sisters also booked a room and they were very pleased as well. I stayed in Room 51, which is in the back of the hotel, facing the neighborhood - our windows looked out over someone's really lovely garden - lots of nice breezes to enjoy but if you like AC, that worked great. Will definitely return when I come home again.…
Very nice. I live in Cedar Falls. Because I don't have a very big place to live, when my parents visit me they like to stay at the University Inn. It is far less expensive than many other local motels, and the rooms are very nice. It is a motel atmosphere, but there are some very quiet rooms in the back that cost just a little more per night. I stayed there once, and really liked it, too.…
