I miss my awesome hair cuts!

Alex was doing my hair for the past couple years, until I recently moved to the Portland. I haven't been back to SoCal. in 9-10 months and I am so excited because I am coming for a visit next month and have plans to get my hair done while I'm down there. In the months I have been up here I have yet to find a stylist that does my hair as great as Alex did. Alex really knows what he was doing, he always knew what would look best on my face shape and what worked well with my hair. I really wish I could find someone I trust as much with my hair up here in Portland. Thanks Alex!

An awesome atmosphere with real down to earth people

I first went to Salon 3778 about eight years ago, but had a different stylist. Recently served on jury duty and decided to see if the salon was still there and ended up getting a great haircut. My experience there has been a great one, Max always has a great attitude as well as all the staff there. They make you feel like fam. I would recommend this salon to anyone, Max knows what his customers need and wants and he listens to them. I got to meet his great dog NEMO, he made quite an impression on me, he is sooooo cute. He supervised Max while he cut my hair, I loved that. Keep up the good work Nemo!!!

• Pros: Very close to my home, less than 10 minutes.
• Cons: Parking, but still within walking distance

The best ever!!

I've been going to Max for years! This man is awesome when it comes to color AND cuts! I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair. Even after I moved to Santa Barbara I STILL drive 3 1/2 hrs to get my hair done! With the ocean air and other elements, this man always knows how to get my hair back on track and looking its best! I've tried going to places locally and ALWAYS end up near tears when I leave, never again! It's Salon 3778 or nothing.

Monet has been doing my hair for years! I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is great for all styles. I have long think hair. And no matter what color, cut or style I want she can do it. I have had perms, highlights, lowlights, layers, full cuts and styles. My mom goes to her, my husband, daughter and friends. The salon itself is great. So stylish, friendly people, cool location and easy to park. I wanted to take the time and write this up for her because she has always done my hair and makeup great!! People like that deserve the recognition.

BEST salon I've ever been to!

I have been going to a salon close to my house in Orange County but when I heard rave reviews (from typically picky people) about Max, I had to check it out. It was the best decision I ever made! Max is just incredible-- he keeps in mind what you want and what will work for you and tells you how to make it happen. He made me feel like I've known him for years the first time I entered the building! The atmosphere is comfortable, the prices are reasonable and Max is amazing! It's well worth the extra drive!

Max is a Shear Genius!!!!

The atmosphere at Salon 3778 is very welcoming thanks to the people who work there, especially Max. Max greeted me with a big hug as if i had known him all my life! He is a wonderful person who really does care about the concerns and desires of his clients. I could never get anyone to cut my hair the way I want due to the horrible double cowlick at the nape of my neck. Max was great, he assesed my situation, proceeded to cut my hair little by little and gave me a mirror to watch so that i would feel comfortable. My cut turned out great and I am planning on returning for all my hair care needs. Thank you Max!!!!

Bestest hair stylest EVER!

I have been getting my hair done by Max for 14 years and I have that thick Hispanic hair, and Max knows exactly what NOT to do to it. I wanted a short hair cut, and instead of just chopping it and letting me regret it he told me exactly what would happen and how much time I was going to have to put into it. He tell me what new styles are in for me and what colors are in. Max is the type of person that even if it is your first time, he treats you like he's known you forever. He is a great person, and loves what he does. Always keeping himself updated on "What's new" If I need to get in at the last minute he will squeeze me in. Thank you Max, I appreciate you and all you've done.

My experience at Salon 3778 was awesome! It was the first time that I felt comfortable getting my hair done. Everyone was very happy, helpful and had good suggestions. Brenda, the hair dresser made sure I was happy with her work and she really listened to what I wanted. I could tell that they really love what they do and that makes for a more comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend Salon 3778 and Brenda to everyone!

Best Hair For Prom!!!!

Before going to Natalie I had the worst experience with hairdresser's. I never walked out with the right cut and the color never looked like it was intended to. I went to get my hair done by Natalie for my prom and it looks amazing!!! She has been doing my hair now for about a year and I won't go anywhere else. She is very polite and courteous and very attentive to my requests. I would highly recommend her to do anyones hair. Natalie does a great job with color, cuts and styles. She's amazing...
