Food pretty good but pricey; servers disinterested, tableware worn out by Elaine D. at InsiderPages

Visiting the area, went there last Saturday. They place is spacious and wasn't crowded. Seated ourselves. They listed non-alcoholic Coors on the menu, which I prefer to O'Douls, but when I ordered one the waitress said she'd never heard of it. When I pointed to it on the menu, she shrugged and said she didn't think there was such a thing. (I settled for O'Douls). When we ordered our entree, she made the point that as every dish is 'freshly made by hand' there would be a wait. When the salads arrived, they looked like that had been waiting around since breakfast time - limp and unappetising. Our bread basket had one roll and someone else's half-used butter pat in it. But the worst thing was was the old plastic beer mugs and salad plates which were horrible and the china where the pattern was almost worn away. I would have thrown it away years ago. The food itself was tasty but I think they were expensive considering the service and the surroundings. The pizzas looked good and would probably have been a better value choice.

This restaurant used to be very good. We really enjoyed going there and did so once a week. One of the owners left and the restaurant has really gone down hill over the years. Prices are high and they do not care about the customers. If you voice a problem with anything they just say so what.
- Pros: Good sauce
- Cons: Owner's do not care about customers
