One of a Kind Experience by Christina N. at InsiderPages
Contributor at Insider Pages
Realtives took us here while we were visiting from NY, and this was truly a one of a kind experience. The food is average, but the dining experience is incredible. The restaurant features a 1932 Wurlitzer ENORMOUS pipe organ with over 3,000 pipes, and an organist plays 30 minute sets while you eat, and takes requests. The restaurant resembles somewhat of a German Octoberfest tent with long tables and benches, so you may be sitting with strangers.
Very Unique

Build a pasta/pizza restaurant styled in German beer garden with an elaborate depression era pipe organ and you have a recepie for a very unique experience. The 1930's Mightly Wurlitzer is the centerpiece here with it's 3000 pipes, percussion, and full orchestra capability and it's as much a marvel to watch as it is to listen to. The food is decent, inexpensive and this place always is crowded. The mostly geriatric clentelle enjoy it alot, but a family will just as much. A must-see whether you're a local or a tourist or any age.
- Pros: atmosphere, very reasonable prices
- Cons: none
