WORST Customer Service I've ever experienced!!!!. If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. Although the menu was overpriced and only 2 others parties in the restaurant we thought it might be a good meal. When my penne w brocooli came out looking like colorless soup we had a problem. Tasted it and it was bland. I asked to send it back and the manager came over with attitude questioning "wasn't this what you ordered? well it is just noodlles, garlic & oil". I saw the garlic but didn't taste it, interesting. She took the plate away to the kitchen and proceeded to bring it back to me - saying that the chef tasted it and its fine. I still refused it, even more so now that it was out of my sight and who knows what was done to it. and of course I don't want to order anything else - not with the attitude she gave me. Now the chef comes out when we ask for it to be taken off the bill and even HE argues with me. I've never seen a restaurant treat an unhappy customer this way. We continued to wait for the chef/owner or whatever he was to return to us but instead they called the police. They insisted that we pay or they would press charges. The cops said they get this call often from this restaurant, hmm could it be the food is bad and many people don't want to pay for service not really rendered?! STAY FAR AWAY or risk a felony, seriously.…
