Excellent winter time residence. Excellent winter time residence . We bought a winter time residence here in 1998 and have enjoyed every minute of it. The people are ALL friendly and the park is very active. It's like a cruise ship in that if want to do something it's available for you to do. If you just want to sit back and DO NOTHING, then have at it. It's close to a lot things like Disney World; lots of restaurants; air museums; golfing and many many more. The management and upkeep is EXCELLENT and very reasonable. Highly recommend it.…
