Fried hair...

Not sure if it was a result of the stylist being unfocused but I had a very unsatisfactory highlight from one of the master colorists. He left me under the dryer with color on my hair for ages while he tended to another client and though my hair looked *okay* when I left (still it was a little too bleachy looking) it started breaking off in the shower and I had horribly dry crucnhy hair for weeks until my next hair cut. in fact, it's still not completely back to normal. And I had MAJORLY noticable roots within a couple of weeks, which is normally not the case for me. The salon is very cute and the people seem nice but I am not impressed!

the place is hip? but the work is terrible ! i got a chop job and my hair melted right off!!! i looked like i just had chemo~! it was done by"senior stylist"" i am not going to say a name just to be a little nice, she cut my hair very short its not what i wanted ,then instead of hi lights i got a bleach job!!! i ran out crying it was a nightmare!! Nikki the owner did not help me at all she just sent me out with my hair in my hands, so unprofessional! never go to this place people! Now i have to grow my hair and fix this mess!!
