One and Only Authentic Thai

Though it may be the only authentic Thai restaurant in Daytona Beach, it is of incredible quality. I prefer to go during the week when it is not so busy for better service. On weekend evenings the servers seem to be a bit inexperienced and shuffled. Regardless of the service, the overall experience and cuisine are quite authentic. The soups are highly recommended amongst anyone who first tries them.
- Pros: Excellent authentic Thai cuisine and a very extensive menu.
- Cons: There are not many tofu dishes, so you'll have to request it.

Excellent cuisine. The owner/chef is from Southern Thailand and all dishes are AUTHENTIC. The curries are especially good, not at all watery and my personal favorite is shrimp mango curry. If you like Pad Thai, this is the place to try it. I've tried Thai in Ny, Miami, and Orlando but haven't found one to compare.
It is very busy in the evenings, especially Friday and Saturday but well worth the wait.
- Pros: quality of food
- Cons: service

The curry is very watery, and doesn?t have much taste. I asked if they could make the curry with coconut milk, like it is supposed to be. But I was told it comes mixed with water. The portions are small, tasteless, and not worth the money. I ordered a salad with my meal, and asked for peanut sauce, but they didn?t have that. So I had to settle for a ginger dressing. It was the only Thai restaurant, which I went to that didn?t have peanut sauce to put on the salad. I have eaten at other Thai restaurants throughout the USA and Thailand, and I have never had any that food this bad. The restaurant also was not very clean.
- Pros: Parking
- Cons: Food Tastless

We were greeted and seated right away. We first ordered appetizers-delicious! Our main course came immediately after we were finished with our appetizers. I usually order the same entree no matter which Thai restaurant I eat at but I had a hard time choosing here with all the variety on the menu. I look forward to eating here again and will definitely recommend the Thai Iced Tea (although it's an acquired taste from what I understand).
