Motto is a really bad place to take your computer. You can not trust the staff at all. I was having trouble with my computer, something I thought was a virus. Well I took it to Motto and they claimed they could fix it fast and cheap. Well they told me they looked at all of my very personal pictures on my computer, and some were VERY personal, if you can understand what I mean. They made a copy of my entire hard drive to put a new one in, and were asking me about my vacation they saw in the pictures. I said how do you know about my vacation, and they said we saw the pictures. I said did you see ALL the pictures and they started laughing and said oh yeah and talked about them. Then they charged me for a new hard drive and all of these hours of labor. I paid over $200 when I expected to pay about $25. These people have some serious problems with dealing with customers and I was quite ashamed of myself when I left.

Great Service - Prices totally reasonable

Dropped 1st computer off and they fixed it while I waited. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg like most of these repair places. Paul Q. was fantastic.

Called for service at work with a complicated hookup. Simon stopped here on his way home from work and looked at the situation. Said he will get back to me in the AM with a solution and a price.

Great company and greater service. Really appreciate their caring attitude and reasonable pricing.
