The folks at Motto ,particulurly Simon, always tell you they will have your computer or laptop done in 2-3 days. Well it always drags on for 7 - 10 days. Then he blames it on your slow computer.He lies. He doesn't remember days before telling you your computer is almost finished. Then when you go in 2-3 days later he says it's not ready but almost finished. Computer slow. Then he checks you out with a whole lot of garble B/S you can't even understand. I am not going back anymore.

Great Service - Prices totally reasonable

Dropped 1st computer off and they fixed it while I waited. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg like most of these repair places. Paul Q. was fantastic.

Called for service at work with a complicated hookup. Simon stopped here on his way home from work and looked at the situation. Said he will get back to me in the AM with a solution and a price.

Great company and greater service. Really appreciate their caring attitude and reasonable pricing.
