HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
by SallyNBC at Citysearch
We have loved this restaurant for awhile - the food is great, but after the experience we had last night, we will NEVER go back!
We had a group of 11, the whole party was not present at first, so our friend who was there almost lost our table. Luckily we arrived, had great meals, and were there a little over an hour.
Then the manager came over and told us "we give customers 30 - 45 minutes for their meals." THERE WERE EMPTY TABLES IN THE RESTAURANT!!!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!
We had not even been asked for dessert yet.
We left, but not before speaking our mind - NEVER have any of us been asked to leave an establishment just because they wanted to turn the tables.
ANOTHER BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS LOST!!
- Pros: Food
- Cons: ATTITUDE OF MANAGER
Best Mexican Food
by EddieMarie123 at Citysearch
La Toltaca is, without doubt, the best Mexican food in the area. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is fast, friendly, and attentive. My family has been dining at La Tolteca for years, despite a 30+ minute commute. The chicken nachos are an amazing appetizer to share. The fajitas are great, along with the many other specialties on the extensive menu. I've never ordered a meal I didn't love. The portions are generous and even taste great reheated. The margaritas are great too, especially the golden. It's very casual and a great place for couples, families, or friends. Sometimes there's even live music.
- Pros: food, servers
- Cons: only PA location is a BYOB, DE has a bar
Good Mexican Food for Delaware

If this place were in California, I wouldn't say this place would be voted "Best in the State", as all the signs state when you walk in. However, our food was decent. The tomatillo sauce was good, although much milder than you would usually find out west. The portions were slightly on the small size. But the menu was large, and had lots of different combinations available. Overall, it was decent.
- Pros: Large menu, Affordable
- Cons: Small portions
