Come hungry and feast on some of the best pulled pork anywhere! Terrific sauces from mild to turbo charged. A little too pricey to make this a great value but otherwise dynamite soul food

Uncle Willie S is a great place to get any kind of food.I recommend the pulled pork sandwich and oven baked fries.I also recommend the homemade lemonade!!!

We used to like to go to Uncle Willies, but as of late their BBQ is dried out and their buffet table food is dried out, maybe if his buffet hours for lunch would be 11 to 2 and dinner buffet 5pm to 7pm that way the food is not sitting all day.

Great BBQ in Waterbury

UNCLE Willie's is in a small strip mall, so the decor is nothing to write home about. But few BBQ lovers worry about decor. Great BBQ with fixin's like Hush Puppies and Brunswick Stew.

It's a popular place, with a booming take-out business. Call ahead or be prepared to wait.
