Good food, good pizza, good prices and the owners are friendly, caring and make a point of greeting and talking with everyone who comes into their restaurant. Its a nice place and you are guaranteed to see someone you know! And you won't leave hungry.

Owner Has Horrible Phone Etiquette

I've eaten here and the food is not bad but the owner is a douche. I called in asking about a gift card of theirs I received which had no information on it except for the words "GIFT CARD" and their Name, Address and phone number.

The lady on the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes only for the owner to get on the line and interrupt every other word I said..only to finally imply that I must be mistaken, tell me that I have to bring the card in and rudely hung up on me...in a way that only angry foreigners can...by repeating the same word over and over again more and more angrily each time before they hang up. (ok, ok, ok? Click.) [P.S. I'm "foreign" too]

Anyway, I was nice on the phone and gave no cause for hostility...but not only will I not go to Apollo Pizza any longer, but I advise you not to either...at least until they improve their phone etiquette.
