Going on year number three and no complaints.... Three years in a row Nettie did a wonderful job for us. An issue did arise with the state return prepared but they have handled it since the first notice. I easily recommend them.
MY TAXES WERE DONE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I went to the Harrison, AR Branch, March 2010, hoping that it would make doing taxes easy and I would get the largest return I can, instead I kept receiving letters from the IRS saying I had to send in several different forms because my taxes were not done right and it took 11 months for me to receive my return. I went in to the HR BLOCK office several times about this and they RUDELY told me that the problem wasn't them, it was me because I wanted to do my taxes early(didn't know March was too early). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY ALMOST $200 TO HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE WRONG.…
