Service Department Complaint. I am truely dissapointed in the service department of Gulf Chrysler Jeep in Foley. I had my 06 Jeep Wrangler (with only 18,000 miles) towed back to the dealership this evening, just minutes after having the brakes "repaired" (for the fifth time).

Come on guys....have you now learned enough about brakes on this go-round to get them fixed correctly?

Someone should have driven the vehicle more than .3 of a mile upon completion of the replacement of front rotors and rear drums. Had your SERVICE TECH driven at least 6 miles ( the distance to my house from GULF CHRYSLER ),HE WOULD HAVE DISCOVERED THE PROBLEMS instead of me. Worst part is about the potentially dangerous situation in which I was placed due to poor, faulty workmanship, and neglect. I ask, are you so successful that you have forgotten your responsibility for the safety of your customers? Would you appreciate it if you were treated with this lack of professionalism by your DOCTOR OR LAWYER?
