BETH THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE!!!. Beth the apartment manager at Willow Tree is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and has a bad attitude. We do not know how she got this job. Here is an example, my mother who is 78 yrs old went to visit and asked for a business card at 4:50 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and Beth was smoking outside in front of the office. Beth gave my mom a mean look and when my mom asked "May I please have a business card" and Beth said "'The office is closed and you have to come back tomorrow!" in a nasty tone. Beth is awesome!. This person probably caught her on a bad day and is overly sensitive. Beth is a very direct and down to business kind of person. I lived at Willow Tree for over a year as did several of my close friends. We never had any problems and Beth was always on top of any issue that arose. I have had a lot of landlords and I've never felt as taken care of as when I lived at Willow Tree. Beth genuinely cares about her tenants and takes a great deal of pride in her work.…
worst apt manager in california. There is an apartment manager on site who is such a rude person, I went to look at an apartment and the sign said open so I walked in. She looked up at me and said cant you see that i am busy. I walked out and foolishly waited, When she was finished I again walked in and she asked me what I wanted. I said I wanted to inquire about apts for rent, Me being in sweats and not dressed up my day off, She looked at me and said we dont take Section Eight. I left. I think this woman should be fired or at least educated about how to manage apts. I am an E M T and was not dressed up because of my day off after a 16 hour shift. I will never support this company.
