What a gorgeous place!

This is Heaven in the mountains. We get offers from Harrahs every week (due to gambling) and usually go there about 5-6 times per year. We love it!

Panoramic mountaintop views and exceptional service make this a favorite West Coast casino.

Towering over Lake Tahoe, only two miles away from the base of Mt. Heavenly, Harrah's offers its guests the spectacular beauty of the Sierra Nevada. Standard rooms are 500 square feet and include cushy bay windows, 24-hour room service and two complete bathrooms. Harrah's has spent the last five years developing a loyalty program which lets patrons earn points for special customized offers, ranging from personal host services to free champagne.

True Old Vegas Service

True old Vegas service!! If they can't do it right, they won't do it at all. If you deserve the best you have to respect that. I have been there several times during all seasons and have had a ball. For the younger crowd, try to get there when the Altitude Nightclub is open. The Summit is a must for a romantic dinner for two, and the trip would not be complete without Sunday Brunch in the Forest!!

• Pros: Excellant staff, 4th of July fireworks, huge rooms
• Cons: Winter snow storms

Not worth Money

This place is beautiful, I will give it that. The rooms and the views are really nice, but that is about it. I found the service really stuck up, and rude. And the price is ridiculious! If you are in Tahoe, I would recremend to stay some where a little cheaper and go visit Harrah's to gamble or eat.

You can not go wrong by staying at Harrahs, I have been going to Lake Tahoe for the past 23 years at least once a year, from Florida, though many things have changed around the Lake, the quality and value of the rooms have remained the same, for the price, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

Very nice rooms. Excellent variety in foodservice. Two very acceptable white table cloth resturants.

fantastic views and service beyond deman

our stay was a most pleasant experience, the room was large and very comfortable. food was the best service was outstanding, we were treated as though everyone was reaching for a 5 star rating.
