Best Roadhouse in the state
by indyscrown
Moved into town three years ago and find myself stopping in for the cold beers, excellent sandwiches, and the relaxed atmosphere. The regulars are great and there is no need to act phony!! They don't care what you are wearing, how you talk, or even if you have a platinum credit card. The prices are dirt cheap and you always walk out the door with a smile on your face!!
- Pros: good place for a relaxing conversation, live music on the weekends
- Cons: none
Great Place

I would be here everyday if I lived near this gem of a bar. I believe this to be heaven. Tell my long lost buddy Kurt to call Jon Franklin at 773-551-4957. Thanks.
- Pros: atmosphere
- Cons: None
what a joke

If you are going through a mid-life-crisis and have decided that real estate or banking is not your thing, and your going to become a cowboy to get back to your roots, this is where you would go. The food can barely be called food, and the beer and drinks are overpriced. They have spent significant time and money trying to make the exterior and interior of this bar appear to be a locals style home town bar, but it wreaks of designer stylings and expertly crafted patinas. Nobody knows your name here, nobody ever will, and you can pay your bar tab using your Platinum credit card.
- Pros: nothing
- Cons: everything
A fun, friendly roadhouse and Heber's only bar.

The Scene
A roomy locals' joint where everyone knows everyone's name, The Other End is where the cowboys come for cold beers and live music on the weekends. A beautiful split log bar wraps around at ninety-degrees, offering plenty of elbow room. Try the Jagermeister from the uber-refrigerator--it's colder than ice.
The Vittles
For a roadhouse with a parking lot full of pickup trucks, The Other End sports a remarkable selection of local microbrews: two or three chioces each from several different breweries. It's a private club, so there is a full bar and smoking is permitted. Several fried appetizers are available for less than $5. The cheeseburger and chicken sandwich($5-$6) are great, cooked up to order by the bartenders themselves, with the condiments served in empty six-pack holders.
Heber Comfort
by ajdance
This bar is just comfortable, and that is what Heber is all about. You can talk with locals or just sit and have a beer by yourself. This bar is full of people just getting off work, both local and "out-of- towners".
On Warm summer nights and cool fall evenings you can sit outside on the patio and have a beer with the clean mountain air ......this however is NOT Hebers only BAR!!! I love to relax here!
- Pros: Inexpensive, outside patio, beautiful Mt. senery
- Cons: dirt parking lot
