Phenomenal service, Superb cuisine

Le Bistro is by far the best dining experience in Stockton and the Central Valley. The service and food are incredible. The staff made the celebration of my mother's birthday one we will never forget. Be sure to try the Caesar Salad made tableside, it is fantastic! From beginning to end we were amazed by the service and creativity of every course.

Way below it's potiential

Le Bistro has a great name, but really the ambience kills it for me. It looks like a outdated Denny's. They are the heavy weight in Stockton, however if they don't invest in remodeling the resturant they will continue to hold hostage those who want a fine dining experience until someone else comes to town. Everything else is done very well. Top notch. I just find the fact that they won't remodel, and look like the resturant they should be frustrating.

Absolutely Incredible

This has to be one of the top dining experiences in the Central Valley. Their signature dishes like the tableside ceaser, french onion soup and souffles make this one of our favorites. the service has always been impeccible without the slightest lapse, ever.
