Serving as assistant winemaker at Arterberry Winery in 1987 and 1988 springboarded Mark Vlossak to bonding his own facility in 1989. In 1995 a new facility was built north of Salem, just off the Salem Parkway. Vlossak has earned a great reputation for high quality pinot noir, chardonnay and sparkling wine. A believer in the importance of quality fruit in creating quality wine, he has carefully selected the vineyard sources for his bottlings.…
