Never treated more rudely in my life...

First time we went there in 2004 it was great. We had to cancel a 7/20-22 2006 reservation because I had knee surgery. I called in June to cancel. We didn't receive a cancellation number so we called today just to make sure.

My husband called to confirm the cancellation today, 7-16-06, and was snapped at by the owner. I decided to call back to see what was going on and she said she didn't appreciate being called TEN TIMES and bothered because she was busy cleaning. She literally SCREAMED at me on the phone, cut me off when I tried to talk and hung up on me.

My husband and I were flabbergasted at the way we were treated. We never raised our voices to her on the phone, we were never rude to her. I was quite a surprise to be yelled at by a business owner.

NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. She should be ashamed of treating the customers that keep this place in business the way she did us. SHAME ON YOU...

Best Location! Best Service! Great Place to Stay!

What a wonderful place to stay and meet with other family members. We had our family reunion there in June 2006 for about 100 people. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The owners were so friendly and courteous it felt as if they were part of my family. Thank you so much.

Will be back again.
