They helped Gramma moved-barely!!Took advantage of a senior!. My Gramma just moved and the "owner" came to give a quote-of 4-6 hours @ $110 per hour! She doesnt even have a couch and I told him furniture only that I would take care of all boxes and clothes ect. The two movers showed up and one of them started off telling us how "sore he was" asked for medicine. The other guy asked to use my Grammas cell phone. My family and I could not believe how slow they were going the were seen multiple time just standing on the truck. They charged Gramma for 4.75 hours but their truck was only 1/3 full because I had moved all the boxes and small stuff. Then they hit the wall TWO times one causing alot of damage. Other residents where Gramma moved to noticed to poor job they were doing. Its sad to think people think its okay to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY COMMUNITY!!!! Help-U-Move should be ashamed of themselves. I asked the men to send the owners to Grammas so I could talk to him and he never did. I have also trird to call but no answer.…

Rip Off company. We used this company on our last move and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Several of our items were lost or stolen. When we contacted the man who was in charge he was extremely rude and told us that he had delivered everything that was ours. A week later he called to tell us that he found 1 of our items but that was all.

Spend the money and use one of the better moving companies.…
