Don't stay here long term

If you are looking for a place to stay while you & your family are looking for a house or apartment to live in, this is NOT (I repeate NOT) the place you want to stay at. Luckily, we only had to be here for 3 nights so it worked out ok but, any longer than that and we would have left and gone somewhere else.

For starters, it is in a very bad area of town. Thank goodness, each unit has an alarm so at least that gave us some sense of security but, I hated even leaving our cars out front. Once inside the unit, it is VERY small. I would say the entire thing (Kitchen, bath, living area, and bedroom) is no more than 300sf. If you are staying here for work, don't expect to have a work space because there is none.

I found dirty dishes in the cabinets which means that the "housekeeper" must not have even looked at them to verify they at least looked clean because there was brown stuff at the bottom of one of the glasses so there is no way she could have missed it, had she looked. Two of the outlets didn't work. There is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which looked nice until I tried to use it. It was actually quite small, the jets were so loud it could hardly be called relaxing, and the drain stopper didn't work so you either have to keep the faucet running or just don't use it. There was a large hole in the bathroom door that had been "patched" over with a piece of paper painted brown to match the door color.

Overall, the appearance of the place is old and run down. The manager isn't here during the day. If there is a problem, you have to call and hope she answers her phone. In order to check you, you have to call ahead & let them know so that somone is here to check you out but, they don't tell you that in advance. The furniture doesn't appear (or feel like it when you sit down on it) to have been changed out since the place opened, probably 30 years ago.

Overall, this is not a nice place to stay. I would never recommend it to anyone who asked me.

• Cons: Everything else. Old, run down, way too expensive for what you get
