Though I would not call this hotel typical Best Western quality, it was adequate for the money, and could be quite good with some updating.

Upon our check-in, the staff was very backed up and took quite a long time to check us in. It appeared that only one person was working and we were not trying to check in right at 3:00 either.

The room was adequate; it had a separate bedroom, a kitchenette stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The living room also had a pull-out couch and a decent sized t.v.

The room was fairly clean, and the bathroom as well. My only complaint is that the room had a faint smoky smell, although it was a non-smoking room.

The bathroom also could have used more towels.The hotel does have a heated outdoor pool that my kids enjoyed. It does not have towels available there, and the desk staff would not accomodate our request for more.

Lastly, the location is quite central (Kitsap Way), although the hotel is located right next to a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant and we heard drive through ordering and cars idling throughout the night we stayed there.

All in all, this was an adequate motel for a one night stay, with a few staffing improvements, it could be even better.
