This is the best Thai food around! Kiew Grob, Sweet and Sour chicken, Pad Thai Noodles, Orange Beef, Coriander Beef are wonderful! For large parties you an reserve the private dining room and sit on the floor with large pillows.
AWESOME FOOD & CATERING
by awschiller at Citysearch
I used Sawatdy for my wedding party and the food was amazing. Quinn was a joy to work with, the dishes were displayed beautifully, set up right on schedule, and were loved even by those who were not big Thai food fans.
She made sure to add the hot seasoning on the side so that no relatives would find the food too spicy. And we had so much food, I was able to feed the band and give my helpful neighbors and friends large take home food at the end of the party.
Quinn went the extra mile. There are other good Thai restaurants but I guarantee you will find her customer service the absolute best!
a very, very happy bride,
anne
- Pros: Great food & catering service way beyond expectations

The Best Thai Food Ever
by JoyHodgin at Citysearch
I have never and dont expect to find food on this level of perfection. This unique little place whos owner takes the time to come vist your table to make sure your experience is one you will never forget. The yellow curry, the home made coconut Ice cream, and the fabulous spring rolls are to die for. The decor is a lovely experience of it's own with pieces thaT the owner herself has brought back from thailand. The whole experience is over the top!
- Pros: everything
- Cons: They are closed on Mondays for Lunch
Best Thai Food I have ever had
by NathanAdams at Citysearch
The restaurant has a great family atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. I was amazed that the owner remembered my family and what we had ordered on a previous visit! The spring rolls and yellow curry are a personal favorite. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and dishes that would compliment each other taking into account that we had our three children with us. I can not say enough about this place a must try for anyone in the Seattle area.
- Cons: Ruined all other Thai resturants for me
too busy to care about service
by 141414141414141414 at Citysearch
this resturant has lost it's way. it's a good thing it's the only one on the island or they would be hurting.never again will i eat at this place, the food is not so good as to deal with dumb personnel, rude personnel and poor service, but i guess on bainbridge island why should i have expected anything else.
- Pros: none
- Cons: too many white personnel

Delicious, Avoid Weekends
by alisonkramer at Citysearch
This place is great, I've been coming here for years and am always satisfied. Family owned and operated, servers can be a bit short sometimes because they are so busy, but the food is well worth it for an excellent price. Northern noodles, crab rangoons, phad thai, garlic chicken - all to die for. And you honestly forget you are eating in the middle of a strip mall. Romantic and cheap - great date spot.
- Pros: Thai Food, Price
- Cons: Crowds on Weekends

Old School Thai
by sjpatrick at Citysearch
Call it piling on but I have to add my voice to the chorus of approval. This is just a damned good restaurant. The food is impeccable, delicious, eye-appealing, fragrant, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere ain't much to speak of but I'm betting, after two or three bites, you won't care at all. The service is completely professional and friendly, and the crowd is typical Bainbridge: a little subdued, a lot self-absorbed, but well-mannered. For all the places you can eat on Bainbridge, this is the one truly, consistently outstanding place. This is Thai of the highest order, better - on most nights, than your Wild Gingers and your Typhoons. Go early, 'cause it's busy EVERY night.
- Pros: Great Food, Prices, Service
- Cons: Location, Atmosphere
Food Wonderful although Not Friendly
by tusberg at Citysearch
The food at this restaurant is absolutely wonderful.
It is also dependable as I have been eating here for about five years.
However, if you are looking for a friendly place you must look elsewhere.
Great Rainy Day Place
by mcsweeney at Citysearch
This was a very rainy day and a wonderful stop. I would recommend trying some spice above the minimum. The food was excellent, the appetizers hot and quick.
