Kelly's Kempsville - giving it a second chance was a bad idea. Very smokey inside. Ordered potato skins, and that is mostly what I got; cooked-to-death potato slices (small slices), with chili, beans and a side of sour cream...yum! Also Ordered "the warmer" which is tomato soup and grilled cheese. What I received was cold pasta sauce and a cold cheese non-melted cheese sandwich. This was sent back and re-made, the soup was excellent, the sandwich, not so much. The McDonald's next door was looking good!

The service and the place are great. The tuna bites are the best that I have ever tried. The hamburger is really good but is nothing out of this world. There are only two things that I didn't like about this place: there were a lot a flies around and the french fries were almost all burned.

I have lived in Norfolk since 1984 and by far Kelly's in Norfolk have the BEST burgers and fries. I also travel alot on business and had the opportunity to sample alot of burgers. Kelly's you ROCK!!

messy but the yummiest BBQ burger in the world! Ghents great little restaurant for couples to enjoy a good burger on the sidewalk.

Kelly's got it

Big burger, with many varities, including burger of month. Toppings are on side. Sides included are fries, and a couple of salads, But i got the beer-battered onion rings for a little extra.

A favorite Friday spot

Small, intimate eatery with excellent food. Try the crab dip, it's awesome. Burgers are the best I've had anywhere, 1/2 lb and cooked to order. Sidewalk tables are great to watch the world go by while enjoying great service.
