Lousy Food, service that was worse. In a word, pathetic. The waiter was slow and inattentive to the point that I thought he had forgotten about us. About when I was ready to say something, he returned with a luke warm overcooked steak that apparently had been left aging under a warmer for far too long. Later he circled by and asked how the steak was. I politely told him it was barely luke warm and way overcooked (MW instead of MR). He literally shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry..." and then turned and walked off. Now, had he offered anything (to replace the steak, knock something off the bill, a free desert, anything at all) I would have greatly appreciated the thought and declined his offer. But no, he offered nothing, not a thing, other than his terse "sorry..." before walking off. I paid the check and asked to speak to the manager. When the red-shirted manager showed up, I politely told him about the slow inattentive service, the luke warm overcooked steak -- and I received nothing more than a luke warm apology from the manager ("sorry about that" was all he had to say). OK -- so to the pokey waiter and the red-shirted incompetent manager, here's some free advice. Most customers know that everyone has an off day every now and then. When you have an off day, at least pretend that you care and offer to make it right. Most of the time, it won't cost you a dime, and most of the time the simple fact that you offered to make it right will make the customer feel better. But when you shrug your shoulders and offer nothing more than "sorry 'bout that" -- then you're going to make a bad situation worse. As a result of your treatment tonight, you can look for this review on every major site. I hope it saves other customers from the misfortune that I experienced, and I hope that it costs you dearly.
