In Short – Church's Chicken first opened in 1952 across the street from the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, selling only fried chicken. Today, the restaurant has locations across the U.S., and offers a variety of Southern specialties. In addition to fried chicken, the menu features Crunchy Tenders (white-meat chicken strips) and Texas Chicken: a half chicken with char-grilled flavored seasonings. Sides include Honey Butter Biscuits, Jalapeno Cheese Bombers, mashed potatoes with gravy and fried okra.
Extremely poor customer service. Very rude!

I called in today to ask if the french fries contained any dairy products, because some do, and the lady that picked up the phone told me she didn't know what I was talking about and hung up on me. So I called again and she cursed me out because I think she thought i was playing a joke. My son kept asking me for a french fry but I couldn't give it to him because he is lactose intolerance and I was never able to find out if they contained dairy.
I don't understand why people can't take you seriously when you ask them something like that. This isn't the first time something like this happens. They'll just say yes or no, like it's something that doesn't matter.
