Since 2004 I have purchased 11 new trucks from East Texas Dodge; both for business and personal use. I still "shop" their prices with other dealers, but they have not been beaten yet. As for honesty and integrity, I have NEVER dealt with a more reputable dealership.

We really did not intend to purchase the vehicle the day we did - we were looking and comparing brands, the salesman was very informative - no high pressure - which we appreciated - the salesman made an offer on the vehicle and compared to what we had already looked at we felt it was a good deal. I had already had a good experience with the dealership when getting my mom's Jeep serviced and I was impressed with them at that time. There was a slight problem with water spots on our Hyundai that would not come off the vehicle. The dealership readily and quickly handled the problem. We are happy with the vehicle and the dealership. We will not hesitate to recommend them.

I just wanted to comment on Mike, the GM at Allen Samuels. He has recently went to great lengths to support the local first responders, fire and police in Tyler. He has went above and beyond, including participating in fundraisers for the Children of Tyler PD Scholarship fund and the Tyler Firefighters Relief Fund. Mike has shown himself to be an upstanding citizen and has brought a new air to Allen Samuels, changing it to a customer centered, people-friendly organization that can be an example for other auto dealerships!

I had a broken leg because of a car accident that had occurred a few weeks before purchasing the vehicle, and the sales associate at Allen Samuels Hyundai was extremely helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated that.

When I came to Hyundai, it was at the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law who had just purchased a 2012 Sonata and they really liked the car. I chose Allen Samuels because of the location. When I got there, I was met by Mr. Rutledge. My highest compliments to him and the way that he helped me find my new Santa Fe. He was polite, professional, knowledgable, helpful, but never pushy. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and helped me find the right vehicle. He was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He is a tremendous asset to Allen Samuels Hyundai.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Allen Samuels Hyundai. The personnel I dealt with were extremely professional and highly motivated to make my visit both rewarding and informative. Tim O'Brien was my salesman and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely well versed about the automobile (Equus). I probably would not have bought the car from any other salesman. In fact, I was looking to possibly purchase a Genesis, but had pretty much made up my mind to buy a Lexus LS or a BMW 535. But my experience with him and the knowledge that he provided about the Equus, made me change my mind. I stopped in just to look again and had made up my mind to buy one of the other two vehicles. I am really glad I didn't because I am extremely pleased with the Equus and have praised it to a number of friends of mine and advised them to really look at the quality of the Equus and not just look at the name Hyundai.
