RUDE, DEMEANING, UNPROFESSIONAL.
One star is not low enough!
This place is a disaster. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Just after we got there and paid, a staff member walked up to us and told my little girl she would have to LEAVE if she did not have socks to wear. They didn't have socks to borrow or sell to us. They were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They blankly stare at you upon arrival, no one smiles or is friendly in the least. They act as if you are bothering them by being there.
Do yourself and your kids a favor and take them to CEC. The staff there is always super friendly, even going out of their way to make sure a fun time is had by all!!…
Dispectful. This is a great place for children to have fun working some energy off, etc. However the staff is rude, unprofessional and to an extent lazy. Ask for service and they act as though you are bothering them or they do not have time for you. It would be nice in today's economy to have a job where I was under no supervision and could basically do whatever I wanted and treat people however I wanted. What is our world coming to??????????????…
