Worst Customer Relations – I took my parents there for dinner to celebrate their 41st wedding anniversary. After waiting 15 minutes we asked if we could be seated at the table we reserved for 10 people, since my sister and her family hadn't arrived yet. The Manager said that they couldn't "award" the table to us until 5 of our party had arrived. So I told her that that maybe she didn't want our business so maybe we should just go somewhere else. She answered "Ok". What kind of customer relations is that?!! She didn't even once apologize or anything. And to top it off I asked her to give me a customer complaint form so she disappeared for 5 minutes and came out with a business card with "1-800-lobster" written in the back. She said she thought I was asking for her business card. And when I called the number the hours are 8am-5pm EST. She didn't have the decency to tell me that I wouldn't be able to call that night, maybe thinking that I'd forget all about it. I have never been treated like a second rate person in my life. I will never go back there and suggest people to go somewhere else that would treat you with some respect.
