Don't go to The Spa at Bear Cove Falls to relax!

This is the most unprofessional, non-relaxing spa experience I have ever encountered. Started with their broken lockers, then moved on to my shortened pedi, during which the lady took a smoke break in the middle (everyone at this spa smokes and wreaks of it), the pedicurist also walked away from me at the end before I could mention to her that she never pumiced anything (Isn't that the point of a pedicure? I mean I can paint my toenails at home for free!) then we move on to a terrible facial and a massage during which the man made me very uncomfortable. (i.e. creeped out.) Management is rude and unprofessional as a rule. Do yourself a favor and visit another spa.

Best hair sylist in town

I recently got a hair cut from Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa! Its was a very enjoyable experience. Its the best hair cut that i've ever had! I highly recommend the salon to any local or out of towners looking for a nice salon with a very professional and friendly staff! I will be returning in the future and will not be going anywhere else for a haircut!

Awesome Massages and Facials

I highly recommend this salon and spa! I recieved one of the best massages I have ever gotten in my life here, the therapist was awesome!! I spent a wonderful day getting the works and I will return every year....
