Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa

Don't go to The Spa at Bear Cove Falls to relax!. This is the most unprofessional, non-relaxing spa experience I have ever encountered. Started with their broken lockers, then moved on to my shortened pedi, during which the lady took a smoke break in the middle (everyone at this spa smokes and wreaks of it), the pedicurist also walked away from me at the end before I could mention to her that she never pumiced anything (Isn't that the point of a pedicure? I mean I can paint my toenails at home for free!) then we move on to a terrible facial and a massage during which the man made me very uncomfortable. (i.e. creeped out.) Management is rude and unprofessional as a rule. Do yourself a favor and visit another spa.…

Best hair sylist in town. I recently got a hair cut from Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa! Its was a very enjoyable experience. Its the best hair cut that i've ever had! I highly recommend the salon to any local or out of towners looking for a nice salon with a very professional and friendly staff!
