they work with you until you are satisfied. Crest did body work on my car, and they worked on it until the repairs were done right. Ultimately, listening and cooperating matters the most. We all miss a detail, confuse schedule, or get upset. What sets Crest body shop apart is their willingness to overcome problems and deliver excellent results. I did have to invest time and effort, but what I received was a fair trade.
It was quite a few years ago... about 15 years. But Crest Cadillac sales guys really, really, REALLY stuck it to me! We're talking 29% finance and this was with about 1/2 down on a car that only cost 6,500.

First class customer service. I am on my 4th Cadillac from Crest Cadillac. In my opinion, a luxury dealership should have a different feel to it than a mid priced dealership. Crest does not disappoint. They are very professional in the way they deal with customers. They brought out a little basket with snacks and drinks in it for me while I was there. They have free starbucks coffee and wifi. Their customer lounge is also more luxurious than a regular dealership. The best part of driving a Cadillac is the use of a loaner car if I have to leave my car for very long in service. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Crest Cadillac.
