Trust them completely!. My grandmother had been killed in an accident a few years earlier, and I'd worn her mother's ring on my pinky for years as a reminder. I wanted to have it turned into a man's ring that I could wear. It wasn't a fancy, expensive, or particularly beautiful ring, and when I approached a few jewelers about it, they insulted me and the idea of it.

I went to Alex at Jewelry Palace based on a friend's recommendation. He was friendly, and maybe a little hesitant when I asked him to design me a ring from the mother's ring and another gold ring that I had. Mainly because I didn't have an idea what I wanted. I told him that my friend was so happy with his work, that I would trust his ideas. He quickly drew up two designs, and I signed off on #2.

What I received was an awesome ring that fit my personality and reminded me of my grandmother. He allowed me to pay it off over the course of a couple months, and I couldn't have been happier. I get comments on the ring daily still after 4 years.

Nervous with no reason. The couple that owns this store was so friendly and helped me through the jewelry buying process. I don't have a lot of money but I really wanted a white gold/diamond pin that represented my grandmother made. Alex worked with me and listened to my concerns. This was a really good experience and I would totally do it again.
