A true delight!.
How lucky are we to have a Chineese restaurant this good right up the street. We have visited this fine establishment twice, both times passing on the buffet for the menu. The first time I had twice cooked pork. It was very flavorful, with nicely diced vegetables, well cooked pork and a very tasty, spicy sauce. My wife had vegetables and tofu. She too was happy.
Last night we both tried new items. I had Moo Shu pork and my wife had vegetable lo mein. The Moo Shu was the second best I've ever had (the best in San Francisco). The vegetables were juliened by hand, not shredded, there was plenty of egg and meat, and it was not overwhelmed with cabbage. The sauce was distinguished and the plum sauce served on the side may have been the best I've ever had. The dish was served with a generous four pancakes and they were a good quality pancace.
The lo mein featured a good mix of vegetables, a plump, high quality noodle and just the right amount of very good sauce.
Portions were reasonable. With no appetizer, I finished my portion. My wife brought a lunch sized serving home. Our server was very personable. When we told him we'd been here before he questioned us until he could place us. Eventually he realized my wife had cut her hair. My wife discussed the particular way she likes her tofu prepared and he assured her it would be no problem. We both left feeling we had a guy who would be looking out for us in the future. I am looking forwart to many return visits.
Superior food.. made for quality!.
Is definitely the best Chinese food in Nashville.
Family owned, Asian chef, and quality only. Is both elegant and family oriented.
Service is quick, well done, nice portions and very reasonably priced..
Lucky Nashville! You normally only find this quality and service in the NY or DC's of the world.
Variety allows you to try something different each visit---either at lunch or dinner.
Great!
Pretty good....but no where else to go for chinese in Bellevue!.
We get takeout form Grand China about once every 3 months, so obviously it's pretty good, but if there were any other chinese restaurant in the area, we'd definitely go check it out.
More than once we've ordered the Kung Poa Chicken and the chicken's been either not fully cooked or full of hard pieces of fat-but again, there's nowhere else to go, so when we're hungry, don't feel like cooking and in the mood for chinese, we just tak a gamble and order here.
Some friends of ours got food poinsening from them about a year ago, but I guess that's a risk you take at any restaurant.
Besides the food, the older women who work there are very unfriendly. They sound annoyed when taking your order over the phone. I could do without that, but again......there's no other chinese place in Bellevue!
I'd recommend this restaurant only if there were no other choices at the last minute.
Great food, great service. We've been regulars for years. They have no problem delivering to our area (like Pizza Hut does - a 10-minute drive). And they're very friendly. The food is fantastic!
