DO NOT GO HERE!. I took an Italian made suit here that had a vertical tear on the pants of no more than than a centimeter. I showed it to the woman at the place and she mentioned that since it was so small, all they needed to do way iron on a small patch and put few stitches max. Unfortunately, my pants were returned to me with a patch of thread thats about an inch in diameter. The color of the stitching doesn't match so extremely noticeable. They actually used a machine to do the stitches!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and they offered to redo the work. A major problem is that they put about 500 stitches in my pants and taking the stitches out would just make the tear worse. I took the pants to a real tailor and he laughed at the work and asked who would do such a horrible job? When I asked the cleaners for my money back or credit, the owner refused. WOW, a horrible irreversible job and I cant even get back the 7 dollars or credit? This was at their Franklin Cleaners location next to the Shell gas station, but my pants were sent to Nashville. Save yourselves the time and money and go to a better place that actually cares about customer service.

Great cleaners. I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about, but my experiences with this cleaners have been very positive. I used to go to Heritage, but they burned a suit and jerked me around. This Cleaner's is great. If I'm not happy with the way the clothes are, they re-do them to my liking for free. This includes spots that won't come out the first time. Heritage would never do that. The staff is very pleasant, and their prices are very reasonable.

Great cleaners!. I go there all the time. The staff is really friendly, and my clothes always look great and they're always on time. What more could you ask for from a cleaners?
