Attitude Central. The Cotton Mill may have a great selection but the shopping experience is lacking. The employees are either rude, give a "buy something or leave" vibe, or as soon as you find one you like and trust, they're gone! For the amount of money you spend, a sense of gratitude or consistency would be nice.

ready for spring.
Even with the bad winter days I'm ready for spring and so was the cotton mill. I asked the staff to call me when new spring merchandise came in and they wasted no time in contacting me. I don't have a lot of time to shop so I appreciated the call about the new spring clothing. The looks are great and the service is attentive but not too pushy.
When the warm weather hits I recommend a trip to the cotton mill.

Just My Style. I stared at the Cotton Mill Lifestyle and then walked down the hall to the Cotton mill Collection. As soon as I walked in the door I knew that this was a place for me. The clothing fit my taste perfectly. I like fashion with the glitz. Contemporary items that wont go out of style tomorrow. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. They know their stuff. They even got my alterations done in the same day. This will be where I start next time. I can't wait to bring my friends from out of town.

Special Event? Shop Elsewhere. Special Event? Don't Shop Here I had a terrible experience with the Cotton Mill. After losing my order, which was bad enough, the staff didn't want to be further inconvenienced by my follow-up calls. When my items finally arrived after being reordered and fed-exed, the manager did not contact me. After waiting a week, I finally contacted the store and was told "oh, your package has been here for a week." It gets better--when I went to pick up the package, the salesperson made me wait 15 minutes to ensure that I still did not owe the store any money. In sum, if your shopping for a special event, shop elsewhere.
