shop here for your girlfriend. cotton mill collection is great although i usually shop at lifestyle. It is a great place to pick up a gift for your significant other. Especially if your a guy like me that isnt extremly fashionable because their staff always helps me find something that i know she will love.

What a collection!. It's an unbelievable mini department store. I've never been in a store so beautiful and with such an amazing collection of great fashion. They have tee shirts, jeans, shoes, art, dresses, home items, jewelry, everything you could ever think of and its all the best. No ugly stuff here. dropped a load this weekend but wish I had more. I'll go back here all the time. It will always be my first stop. Love it, Love it, Love it!

Amazing Clothes!!. This place is one of my favorite stores to find new additions to my wardrobe. The staff is friendly, the seamstress is phenomenal, and I love their accessories.The seamstress took a size 10 dress and made it a size 00 in less than a week for me. Helpful sales staff and very trendy clothes. I love this place!

Beautiful clothes!. I like the clothes, but they are elegant and sophisicated. It is nice to see how they put outfits together and that gives me ideas.

All of places in the area are just for the 20 age folks, but this store is for all ages. I like to get pieces here.

The sales staff is professional and helpful.

Great Selection. If you are looking for choices Cotton Mill is the place to go. They have the best selection of clothes that I seen in nashville. I was looking for a dress but not only find the perfect one(on sale) but a great pair of jeans too.

They have recently expanded their store and added more formal wear. I buy casual clothes but if I need a long dress they have a lot to choose from

The girls that work there were friendly and helpful and let me shop but were there when I need a dressing room. They made several trips to help me find the right size and seemed to enjoy helping me.

This is my first stop from now on.

love fashion. This is the first review that I have written since I moved to Nashville. Just moved from The West Coast and have ben starved for fashion. A friend told me about The Cotton Mill and I am glad that she did. What a find.

First of all the selection is amazing. All of the top designers are here from gowns to denim. Between the Collection store and the Lifestyle store they have it all! I found a fabulous dress for the CMA's and can't wait to get a dress for my first Steeplechase.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly felt that they were honest and wanted me to find something that i loved.

Wonderful staff. I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Cotton Mill. The staff was very helpful, but what impressed me most was the fact that the sales girls were anxious to give me an opinion of a dress I already owned that wasn't even purchased there. I wanted it as a "fall back" dress for a ball in case I didn't find anything I liked, but was concerned that it may look outdated, be too short, too flashy, or too young looking. Great service, very personable!

Excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and helpful the staff at Cotton Mill was. I went in on my lunch break to find a cocktail dress and the woman helping me ran around the store with 5-6 options in my size in styles I loved. I ended up trying them all on and purchasing the first one I put on. Meanwhile, the woman was outside my dressing room ready to grab more sizes or assist me in anyway possible. I look forward to shopping there again.

Best High Fashion Options in Town. I'd like to address the comment from Fashionforward.

I'd say I'm quite knowledgeable about the inner workings of the retail business. I have worked in high fashion boutiques for a long time, I know fashion, I've done personal shopping for other women, and I can tell you the lines that almost any boutique in town carries.

During high school and college I worked at the Cotton Mill part time. I also managed one of their stores after college. Now, as I have moved on with my life to become a wife and mother, I am still happy to help out on Saturdays whenever I'm needed.

I am also a customer.

I can say that in 15 years, yes... 15, I have never witnessed an employee being rude or giving off the air of being bothered to any customer. I can honestly say everyone I've worked with has done their best to help whatever customer they can at the time. I would even say that many of the managers, I've witnessed over the years, go above and beyond what is expected at a retail boutique.

The owners do their best to hire the best. (Having actually worked retail, I can tell you first hand that keeping good help is hard b/c there is such a need.) They always know what's going on in their stores and are very hands on.

So, definitely don't steer clear of this store. They have the best selection in town, their special occasion clothing is to die for, and I can guarantee you'll have a good experience!
