What can I say other than Horrible!!! We went to celebrate my brother's b'day. Waiter was friendly, service was slow. My food was cold, seafood sensation. Mgr came to the table and personally told me that he would provide me with another meal. Instead, they took my food and heated it up. Which is a no no in the restaurant industy. The FDA should give them an inspection.
Service was slow - cook especially - and they were totally not interested in making things "right'. Not even an apology! Called the regional office which assured me I would get a call back and HA! NO CALL!! They are not customer service oriented at all. Too bad - because the food at Ruby Tueday's is usually good....
AWEFUL!!!. My husband and I live in this area, and it is hard to find good food that isn't over priced. That being said, we went to Ruby Tuesdays and our server was very nice, but the food on the dinner menu is AWEFUL, our food was COLD, and overpriced! I got a simple turkey burger and it tasted very odd, everything was cold. This may be a good placefor salad bar but the food on the dinner menu is not good.
A+ in all areas. I have been visiting this Ruby Tuesday's at least 2 times a week over the last 2 years. Never, ever have I had any issues with this restaurant. The service is always excellent. The manager is always nearby and constantly checks up on the customers to make sure everyone is happy. I normally get the salad bar and it's usually stocked nicely with fresh fruit and vegetables.
What happened??!!!. This restaurant used to be our once a week date place. There are 8 of us in my family and Ruby Tuesday's was the place of choice. But not anymore!!! The last four visits have been HORRIBLE!!! Even after speaking to our servers the situations never got better. And a manager never came by to check on us or take care of the problems. Other than the salad bar, the food that we ordered (burgers, shrimp dishes, chicken potpie, and kids' meals) was either cold, had freezer burn, came out at different times, or was tasteless...and the pasta was really nasty!!! One or two bad experiences is understandable...but it's become ridiculous. We usually spend about $150 + each time we visit. It really is too bad...first Carraba's went down hill and now Ruby Tuesday's. Wonder which restaurant in Green Hills is going to start declining next...
