I have used Billy's Services for years. When I found out that He and I use to work for the same Shoe Company this sealed our Bond right away! He is Awesome and his work is just as good! I Highly recommend he and his work!!

Great Boot Re-sole & Heel!. My favorite boots still fit like a glove! They did NOT tighten on my middle toes or crimp them! Awesome! The boots actually tightened ever so slightly on my instep, EXACTLY what my feet wanted! $50+, so he's a little spendy, but well worth it! BEWARE! Payment in advance, cash or local check only. BE PREPARED! You will LOVE his work!

Great Leather and Shoe Work!!!!. Billy has provided excellent shoe repair, re-soles, and leather work for YEARS in Nashville. I have gone to Billy and taken items for him to repair many, many times in the past twenty years. His work is always done right, and ready when he tells you it will be. He is one of the hidden jewels in Nashville.

Has taken care of my leather work for the past 3 years!. The first time I went in here; I was warmly greeted, asked what I needed and I spent about 45 minutes trying on my motorcycle vest so it could be taken in, explaining exactly where I wanted each patch on it ; then trying on my chaps so they could be sewn to fit me also. Billy was patient, kind and worked with me the entire time. I left with every patch sewn on, and a vest and chaps that fit just right. I've been going back for three years!

What..a...jerk. I went to take in a pair of heels that needed to be fixed and had never been there before and will never go again. It was close to 12 when I came in (apparently he closes at 12 on Saturdays?). I couldn't help but notice the dusty old autographed 8X10's of country music past lining the walls en mass. Then he wrote up the ticket and I went to pay him with my bank card (he insists on payment up front). He then snappily told me he doesn't have a card machine. I apologized and asked if there was a bank machine nearby and he said there were a couple in the area and then got snarky and said, "Well I close at noon" I asked what time it was now and he said, "it's 12:03 and I'm not waiting for you...I work here 6 days a week and Saturday is my only day..." I stopped him there and said that was fine, grabbed my heels and left. Billy, just a word...you ain't the only game in town and in this economy you should be glad of business (especially since your hours are so weird). Haven't you heard of courtesy? There was no reason for the snottiness you exhibited...perhaps if I was a big country star you would have kissed my ass...well guess what...you can :-) I won't be back and I am passing the word around about what a jerk you were.
