Wonderful Salon. I have been coming to Coiffures for at lest 20 years or more & have known the owner, Teresa, for about 30 years. Ellen my hairstylist & manicurist always gives me excellent service every week & I look forward to seeing her on Fridays. The staff is always friendly & the salon is very clean. I have referred several of my friends to Coiffures and I would not refer my friends if I were not comfortable with the salon.

Ellen is the best!!. I have been going to Coiffures for years with Ellen as my stylist. She is great and always makes sure that we are satisfied with everything. She does her best to get me exactly what I ask for and advises if for some reason it cannot be done but she always does everything she can to make sure I leave happy. I also have 2 boys that are ages 2 and 6 and she is very good with them. They love to get their hair cut. My family loves Ellen and we love Coiffures!!

Great Job. I have been coming to Coiffures for a couple of years. The staff is so nice. Ellen, my hairdresser, is very consciousness of cutting my hair the way I want it. She has done a great job and I will return in 5 weeks.

Highly Recommended. Coiffures Hair Salon was very, very relaxing. I received a wonderful massage from Valerie (New Employee)

while getting my hair shampooed. I have been coming to Coiffures for many years and this time I wanted a change. Teresa Finch (Owner) gave me a beautiful new color and Haircut. Coiffures is a great place to feel like a new person. I love it there!!

Worst Hair Experience Ever!. I went in to get my roots touched up on Sat., and left with half of my hair red and the other half blonde. My natural hair color is a dark blonde. It is currently highlighted, and I went in to get a simple root touch up. The lady lifted my roots, and I told her they were too brassy. So, she suggested that she could put a toner on them to calm them down. She said she was putting Paul Mitchell PM Shines on my hair, and it would just make it shiny and calm down the brassiness. I later found out that PM Shines is not a toner, but a hair color! It was not only put on my roots, but all the way down the length of my hair to my ears. The length of my hair is down to the middle of my back.....so, now half is a deep red and the other half is my original blonde. Then, she tried to correct this by mixing more color w/shampoo....the only thing it did was burn my scalp. She asked for help from another hairstylist at the salon. This lady told me I could get the red out myself by using lemon juice, or she said by mixing ammonia and windex together and putting it on my hair!!! Then, proceeded to tell the woman that had already messed up my hair how to try and fix it w/out damaging it.....at this point, I said I didn't want anything else done to it, and in tears got up to leave. The manager/owner was spoken w/and someone else was supposed to fix this problem on Tues. I ended declining the offer, and I am going to my original stylist that I know will fix this problem correctly. Obviously, I did not pay for this service, but I didn't receive one apology from anyone at this place and now have to pay for an expensive color correction! Lesson learned...I will never go to anyone for the slightest change to my hair except for my trusted stylist. I would never recommend this salon.

Cheryl is Wonderful!. While I have not visited every stylist at Coiffures, I highly recommend Cheryl! She has been doing my waxing procedures forever and my hair for a few months (my loyalty to another stylist ended when she moved away). Cheryl is young and knowledgable, she listens to your ideas and comments but is not afraid to tell you what she thinks or how to better develop what you are actually looking for.

Since she is put-together, relaxed, and pretty, it is easy for her to gain your confidence so you can work together for your best possible experience. She's great with color - procedures and ideas aplenty - and styles so that your hair looks great but can be managed when you get home!!

Waxing -- she's wonderful -- no pain in her sugar compound/no heat waxing technique! The office staff at Coiffures is always talkative and pleasant.

After visiting Coiffure's I look less tired (thanks to the eyebrow wax), younger, more in-style, ready for a night out, hockeysoccer/gymnastics, or even just carpool (thanks to Cheryl). Plus I feel better about myself and am looking forward to a night in (thanks to the other waxed places) -- Not like a stay-at-home mom of four.

Hair Disaster. I went in 4 weeks before my bridal portraits wanting my hair color touched up. I walked away looking so horrible that I couldn't even go in public. I ended up at 2 other salons trying to get help with repairing the damage to my hair. I was told by these salons that they get a lot of customers just like me that had their hair ruined at Coiffures. My fiance did go down there and demand my money back. The owner was nice enough to refund all of my money back. That is the only nice thing I can say of the experience. I would also like to say that I had to have at least an inch of my hair cut because of the damage and I have been growing my hair out for the wedding for 3 years.
