This store keeps the light on for the legends..
In Short
Nothing about this legendary store is shiny or state-of-the-art--it's strictly "old country." The staff knows its stuff, too. If you remember a song from decades past, someone here will probably know it, too. The store stays open late on Saturday evenings for the Midnight Jamboree, a live radio show broadcast from the Texas Troubadour Theatre, a 500-seat performance space attached to the Record Shop and across from Opryland.
Ernest Tubb Record Shop OPRYLAND is where you CAN FIND OLD COUNTRY music. COUNTRY BOX SETs..

COUNTRY BOX SETs from Bear. Those are the 100-300 song box set that cost $120-300 from Germany. These box set are the best value if you are a true fan of country music.
The DOWNTOWN Tubbs is where it all began with live shows at midnight and it looks like you are back in the 1940s with the pictures on the wall. This store is not the original but does have a tour bus and some rare country items to look at.
CDs are priced a little high, watch out for those low budget CDs. of your favorite artist singing no songs you know. RECORD / ALBUMS can be found of great country aritst.
