Family Tradition. I was born and raised in the Donelson / Hermitage area and we always got our birthday cakes from Becker's. Now that I have a child of my own, I am carrying on the tradition. Their cakes are wonderful and priced well also. Give them a try!

The historic bakery on 12 South has closed, but the family carries on the Beckers' tradition in Donelson.. In Short
Fresh sweet rolls oozing icing, meringue pies, decadent chocolate cakes--whatever your sweet tooth demands, you'll find it here. Though its reputation is built on the wedding and birthday cakes that have graced any number of Nashville social gatherings, only those with an iron will can resist adding a few almond double-macaroon cookies or cream cheese Danish to their orders.
